Meet the Owner
With over 20 years of leadership in education, ElevateEd’s founder, Mrs. Niraz El Meraabi ِAl Barazi, is a seasoned instructional leader, consultant, and curriculum specialist with deep roots in school transformation across the Middle East. She has held top leadership roles—including principal, academic director, and head of division—in prominent K–12 institutions in the UAE and Lebanon.
A distinguished accreditation expert, Mrs. Meraabi has served as an accrediting team member with leading American accrediting agencies and has successfully led full-school accreditation journeys for institutions across the region. Her insight into accreditation standards, documentation, and strategic alignment gives schools the edge they need to confidently pursue international recognition.
Her consultancy portfolio spans private schools, vocational centers, and language institutions in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, and Syria. She has supported these institutions in curriculum design, teacher training, accreditation readiness, school improvement planning, and strategic development.
Mrs. Meraabi holds a master's degree in English Studies and Educational Methods from Glasgow University–Scotland, a BA and Teaching Diploma in English Literature & Language, a TESOL certificate (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Trinity College London, an Advanced Diploma in Instructional Leadership from Queen Rania Teacher Academy, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Educational Technology and AI for Teaching and Learning; in addition to an advanced certificate in Future Education from the American University of Beirut.
Her work is grounded in a passion for lifelong learning, a commitment to excellence, and a vision of 21st-century education that is inclusive, innovative, and empowering. She brings to ElevateEd a dynamic fusion of academic depth, regional expertise, and a proven track record of impact across diverse educational settings.
